Criteria & Mode of Admission

Admission Information for the session 2025-2026

ELIGIBILITY :-

Children seeking admission to Nursery should have attained the age of 4 years as on 31st March of the year of admission, for higher classes the age should increase correspondingly.

REGISTRATION:-
* Admission will be taken on the basis of the declared procedure.
* There is no written test for admission to Nursery.
* Registration fee is Rs. 250/-


ADMISSION :-
*Admission will be strictly on the basis of vacancies available and mark obtained in the entrance examination.
* The following documents are to be submitted along with the admission form :-  

  • Birth Certificate / Aadhar / Affidavit / Transfer Certificate
  • Five passport size photographs of the child and two photos of the child with his / her parents.
  • Admission must be taken within the specified time after the selection, otherwise the   seat will be allotted to the next candidate.
  • Admission fee is Rs. 15000 /- ( Non-refundable ) Once at the time of admission.       
  • Security deposit of Rs.3000/- ( Refundable ) Once at the time of admission.

NOTE :-

ADMISSION  UNDER  R.T.E.
Information regarding number of seats , time of admission etc. for admission to Class – I  under RTE , will be notified by the District Education Office. Selection process for admission will also be done by the  District Education Office.
No fee for such admissions will be charged.

 

MODE OF PAYMENT  :-
The monthly fee has to be paid at the school fee counter by 15th of every month through cheque / cash / online,  failing which a fine may be charged. 

TRANSPORT  :-  

  • School transport is available, however :-
         ◦ School transport is not a matter of right .   
    • Admission to school does not guarantee availability of bus facility.
    • No request for new stop or diversion of existing bus routes shall be entertained.
    • Withdrawal from bus must be preceded by a month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of the notice.
    • All possible precautions will be taken, yet if there is any accident- the school bears no liability towards the injuries sustained.

SCHOOL TIMING:-
         SUMMER – (From April to September )
                   Std. – I to Std.-VIII       -        6.40 a.m. to 11.50 a.m.
                   Nursery & Prep             -        7.25 a.m. to 10.50 a.m.


          WINTER – ( From October to March )
                   Std. –I to Std. VIII        -        7.40 a.m. to 12.50 p.m.
                   Nursery & Prep             -        8.30 a.m. to 11.50 a.m.

WINTER                -      (2 weeks) 1st & 2nd week of January.
SESSION  BREAK -      (2 weeks) 1st & 2nd week of April.

WITHDRAWALS:-

  1. Withdrawal from any class must be preceded by a month’s notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice.
  2. All dues will have to be cleared before a T.C. is issued.
  3. T.C. will be issued after 2-3 days of receiving the application.
  4. The school may ask the parents to withdraw their child without any prior notice on grounds of constant poor performance, indiscipline or fees dues.
